Week 22 | 2014

I am so over being sick, I am glad I am on the mend and will be good to get back to the gym tomorrow morning. There has been a lot of photos of the three cats this week for my #100happydays as no matter how ill I have been feeling they still manage to make me smile by ensuring our household runs to their tune. A highlight of the week has been proper coffee each morning again something that I am eternally grateful for.

Each Sunday I pick a colour card from The Secret Language of Colour Cards by Inna Segal and that colour co-ordinates with my forthcoming week. (I know its all a bunch of tree hugging hippy stuff - but thats who I am) This week was Jade - Take Action. The action for this colour is - Whatever you have been putting off doing, just do it! Let go of any excuses and take action. It is always nice to do this not only at the beginning of a week but also the beginning of a new month. Just do it - isn't that the Nike statement - is a good omen for the month ahead.
