Art Thru A Lens: Week 46

I have been on holidays this week........well I have had one work free day out of five (does that actually count as annual leave?). What I did manage on Friday was to have a stress free day and finally relax - unfortunately I am back to work this week so with hindsight I should have taken two weeks off.

I did spend a day with my 'real' camera taking photos of aircraft for a friends company which I did enjoy. I am however still processing the photos which may take a while. This was one of my favourites of the day. I loved bringing out my Sigma 10-20mm although it does not perform as well on the full frame as I would have hoped.

I also (much to Nick's delight) used my little camera instead of my iPhone all week for my Instagram and managed to post process in Adobe PS Touch app on my iPad before uploading to Instagram. I absolutely hate to admit it (Nick please don't read any further!) but although the iPhone 6 has a fantastic camera on it there is nothing like handling a real camera to get your creative juices flowing (even if that camera is a Canon G1X!).
