Week 5 | 2015

A short week at work meant it felt like we were all chasing our tails trying to catch up and not as much time for photography as I would have liked. Some photos this week felt a bit rushed so I will try harder next week (memories of report cards - Karen can achieve it if she just tries harder).

The weekend has not been much better with Nick helping me move office yesterday and me helping him with spreadsheets today. However it has been a good week we made it back to the gym this week and until yesterday had clean food all week.

I am off to Sydney for work for three days next week so I hope to keep up the good health whilst there. Not sure if the hotel has a gym but I have my yoga and Tai chi videos with me and if I feel really sluggish I can always go for a run (yeah right in another life maybe).

Day 28 | strange - singing bowls are strange

Day 29 | summer/winter - you can tell its summer at 7.30pm and there is still sunshine

Day 30 | fave food - coffee (well beans are food and coffee is made from beans)

Day 31 | on top - sitting on top of my iMac

Day 32 | on my plate - morning tea
