Week 7 | 2015

Yes another week late however last weekend I was taking part in a Reiki 1 course. Over December I started having Reiki again by a gorgeous friend, Tracey at ELB Reiki - Energy Life Balance. Back in the 1990's I did a massage course and I was going to continue that theme and learn Reiki however circumstances changed and I never got around to it. I now know why. I was waiting for my right teacher.

I had the most fantastic experience last weekend and it has continued throughout this week. I have been more balanced, relaxed and in control than I have been in my life for an extremely long time. I am enjoying this so much and am so excited about where this is taking me.

Day 42 | On the wall - I moved offices and as I finally had big blank walls to put something on I chose the chakras

Day 44 | Temptation - although I was tempted I left it to Nick 

Day 45 | Love - Valentines day and Day 1 of my Reiki course love was definitely in the air
