Meditation is a great stress relief and also a great way to separate work from home. I am going to this week take some time straight after work to spend 15-30 minutes meditating to clear out all the energy from work to enjoy my evenings. I will let you know how it goes and if it does give the results I am after.
I have ended the week a bit minimalistic and I must admit I like this a lot. Simple clean and balanced.
