With a fresh look at our weekly habits (these have changed immensely with Nick's new job) we have finally worked out a schedule that might (and I mean might!) just work. So with healthy eating finally sorted out we will be back at the gym this Saturday to incorporate that into our weekly timetable. My energy levels are starting to pick up again (I actually think it might have to do with healthy food) I just wish the cats would stop sleeping on my back during the night - they seem to like to box me in. If anyone has got any ideas of how to keep cats out of bedrooms without them scratching and meowing at the door please let me know.

Day 168 | peaceful - I always find nature peaceful
Day 169 | quirky - fungi
Day 170 | habit - coffee is my biggest habit
Day 171 | yay! - that was a long day
Day 172 | here I am - back at work on a Saturday
Day 173 | growing
