Week 26 | 2014

Another busy week however have had a very good week with lots of good food. No more bad foods just good wholesome food that my body needs and the scales proved the point at the end of the week. This week it is back to the gym for half an hour each day to get my cardio and strength back up to what it was 12 months ago. I know I am a year older as well however my body should be doing what its told not what it wants to do.

The weekend was spent in absolute bliss. Turning the phones off and totally relaxing and enjoying each others company. Luckily (or unluckily depending on your point of view) the weather was not the best it really was open fires and hot chocolate weather.
