Week 23 | 2015

Back to work this week after a week of being off for medical leave. Although it was nice to be back amongst people I did not enjoy the mountains of emails awaiting me. The highlight of the week was a fantastic French Onion Soup for lunch (so good I had it twice) from a local French cafe La Kitchen 2 U. Their bread (made fresh daily from French ingredients) is the only bread I can tolerate.

I completed Level 2 Reiki this weekend which I absolutely loved. Taken by Tracey from ELB Reiki here in Ballarat we were surrounded by the most beautiful souls and loving healing energy. It was a fantastic experience and has been just what I have needed this year. It is a year of calmness, meditation and healing for me personally and becoming more relaxing as the year is going on. Having sorted out my fitness and my health (which all comes down to the food I eat) this is the last corner of the triquetra.
